I can't log in, what should I do?

How much of my package rights remain?
You can check the remaining package rights by logging in and clicking on the logo in the top right corner. You can also update your package on the plan page. If you have any issues with your package or need further assistance, you can contact us.
Team Use
We want to use it as a recruitment team, how can we do that?
To use our platform as a recruitment team, you can invite team members to join your account. To do this, you can click on the "Invite" button and enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite. They will receive an email with instructions on how to join your account.
I have invited them, but are they not on the team?
If you have invited team members to join your account, but they do not appear in the team, it is possible that they have not accepted the invitation or have not yet created an account. You can try sending the invitation again or contacting them to ensure they have received it and can join your account. If you are still experiencing issues, you can contact us for assistance.

What are the user types?
The user types on our platform are Recruiter and Hiring Manager. These professional roles have access to different features and views on the platform.
What is the difference between a recruiter and a hiring manager, is there a difference in authority?
There is no difference in authority between a Recruiter and a Hiring Manager on our platform. The platform has been designed for easy use by both professionals, and you can switch between views anytime.
What is the role of an admin?
The role of an admin on our platform is to manage the billing and package changes for the account. An admin has the same access as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager, with the added ability to make changes to the package or billing.
Which assessments do you offer?
At Coensio, we have a comprehensive assessment library that includes technical tests, personality assessments, skill assessments, and language assessments, as well as the option to create custom assessments. We have a wide range of assessments available, covering a variety of industries and professional roles such as accounting, software development, customer success, digital marketing, human resources, general behavior, graphic design, language proficiency, mobile development, technical skills, and sales.
