Kibar Group, one of Turkey's leading company operating in the industrial, trade, and service sectors, with over 15 companies and more than 5.000 employees, opens its doors to young talents every year through the K-team Young Talent Internship Program. Under the motto "Real careers start with real internships", this program invites young people to make a strong start in the business world. In this project, the selection and evaluation process for over 2.500 candidates was carried out in collaboration with Coensio.
In competitive pool of candidates, goal was to accurately assess skills and identify top performers. During the process, which involved dozens of tests, it was essential to ensure that the right candidate was matched with the appropriate test.
