Doğuş Teknoloji aimed to identify top performers for 14 different technical intern roles quickly and fairly. To achieve this, 15 customized assessments were implemented, covering a wide array of specialized skills and general abilities to ensure precise and objective candidate evaluation.

The two-phase approach was both robust and scalable, enabling the program to efficiently handle over 18.000 internship applications.
