Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), everyone has the right to apply to Brotek Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “Coensio”) as the data controller.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of KVKK, applications regarding these rights to Coensio, as the data controller, must be submitted in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
• By Mail or In Person: The applicant may submit the completed and signed application form, along with identity verification documents, to “Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. No:175/7 Kat:B4 34360 Şişli/İSTANBUL” either in person or by mail. In case of personal submission, identity verification documents must be present; in case of application by proxy, a notarized power of attorney or authorization document is required.
• Via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP): The applicant may send the application form signed with a “secure electronic signature” defined under Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signatures to brotekteknoloji@hs01.kep.tr via KEP.
• Via E-mail Using Mobile Signature or Secure Electronic Signature: The applicant may send their petition or, if preferred, the completed “Application Form” signed with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature to contact@coens.io via e-mail.
For quick and accurate processing, “Personal Data Protection Law Information / Amendment Request” should be written on the envelope or in the subject line of the e-mail.
Applications may also be made through a notary or other legally valid methods that allow identity verification. Compliance with the above principles according to the selected application method will contribute to the positive and timely processing of the application.
Within the scope of the Data Subject Application Form, certain personal data (name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport number, phone number, e-mail address, residential address, and signature) are processed in a limited and related manner to verify the applicant’s identity and manage the application process. These personal data may, if deemed necessary according to the nature of the application, be shared only with relevant units or persons, and additionally with legally authorized institutions and organizations.
